Bobby Grubert is Head of AI and Digital Innovation at RBC Capital Markets, leading the firm’s development of the end-to-end AI and digital innovation strategy driving client value, revenue growth, & competitive advantage. He oversees the Centre of Expertise for Digital & AI Innovation, partnering across RBC to deliver measurable outcomes. Bobby is accountable for embedding AI-driven innovation across business lines to help RBC compete in a digital world. Previously, Bobby advanced the electronification of RBC’s Global Equities Markets and helped implement award-winning algorithmic trading platforms Thor & Aiden with RBC Borealis AI. Bobby is on the RBC CM Operating Committee, lectures at MIT Sloan, and serves as Chairman Emeritus of RMH-NY.
